A stiff English Tulle adds light support to the off shoulder scalloped silhouette. Our signature longline Cotton Bobbinet corset with grosgrain waist ribbon connects to 9 layers of meticulously layered colors of cream, ivory and beige soft Tulle. Skirt lined in layers of 100 percent Silk Georgette and Organza.
